How to be more present

The only way to the present moment is through the senses.

You can’t get into the present through thinking.

It’s not possible because then you’re thinking about what that is.

Coming into here and now is through the senses of what I see, what I hear, what I touch, what I taste, what I smell.

If you are feeling uncomfortable, there’s a lot coming up for you - Rage, frustration - with the situation.

Come into your senses, what do I see, what do I hear, what do I touch.

And it can be done in seconds and that actually feels neutral or okay, right now

You’re bringing balance back into the system so that you can acknowledge your own experience.

Do I need to express how I feel? If you do express from there, you’ll be expressing from a much more grounded place.
