Life Changing

"Helena's retreat was glorious and life changing. I love the community of actors she has curated and her teachings are inspiring and healing, on top of helping actors go to places inside ourselves we may never ever have gone to before. Truly wonderful.”

Transformative experience

"'Working with Helena has been a transformative experience, I’ve discovered the importance of the intimacy with my body, my breath and showing up in the world with a greater level of sensitivity for the people, places and things around me, I’ve been inspired to truly see with a loving attention and have built the courage to truly be seen by others, in the face of fear and the unknown I will now choose courage and speak from that place, this isn’t just a course, its a real gift.'"

"Truly Inspirational"

“This experience profoundly deepened my practice and gave me new tools to keep exploring creatively, as well as a renewed enthusiasm and sense of curiosity towards my creativity. Helena and Ben are not only truly inspirational teachers and people, they are also generous with their time and energy, investing in each person they meet equally. I had the most wonderful time in retreat with them both - I couldn't recommend this more. Do it! “

"Like Magic"

“The work with Helena is great.
It's a bit like magic. But for me
and all the others in the course
I see a difference,
that is not only
happening in my art,
but also in my life.”

"Just had the BEST acting intensive with the fantastic Helena Walsh. To my fellow actors - make sure to check her out, she's really extraordinary! I learned so much about trusting my senses, working with the unconscious and it was just truly magical.”
