Here and now through the body

Actors, the here and now can only be accessed through the body.

And the body as we know its language, its dialect, it’s the senses and it’s the felt experience.

So that’s the only way to come into the present moment is through the body.

You can live in your imagination and live in your meaning channel, but never be in your body.

You can invent cities, you can design innovative materials to advance the world.

However, for the human experience, this here and now process can only go through the door of the senses or the felt experience.
