Actors if it's really intense, there can be no complexity

Actors, don’t get trapped in the triangle of hell! 

So many actors have “The imagination” and “The Thinking Channel” and can be very alive.

This is how they act - in relationship between their imagination and their thoughts and then you get emotion and you've got this triangle of hell because it's so intense.

So if it's really intense, there can be no complexity. 

And I want the actor to be complex.

What adds complexity is your senses and your sensation. 

Why? Because they're more subtle.

You could say that the thoughts to the mind are the things that are the primary colours, they're the obvious thing.

The imagination to the mind gives much more texture and colour because in one image it speaks a thousand words. It's able to offer and express something that thoughts would take ages to express. 

In the body, the emotions are like the primary colours, the red, yellow, blue of the experience. 

But the sensations are tight, warm, expansive, light, heavy and shivery.

So the sensation is much more subtle. 

It's when you look at the painting, it's the colours that you mix to make up yellow.

That's what the sensations are and that is also what we have in our human experience.
