It is stillness that unites the story
Jun 01, 2022The inbreathe receives the world, you find expression for what you received, releasing on the out breath, digesting in the moment of stillness, between the two, what just occurred?
In the stillness the question is, you are in the unknown, not a reasonable place to be.
But a place of mystery, magic, suspension, clarity and abundance.
It is stillness that unites the story within and without.
It is from this stillness that the actor’s humanity emerges from its wholeness.
This wholeness houses within it paradox, complexity, chaos and order.
It is not to be grasped by words alone but by being.
