For the human voice, the more pleasure, the more comfort, the more ease, the more stability, the more enjoyment there is in that nervous system, the easier our entire vocal tract is going to be able to breathe with any given situation.

Because if we’re on camera or we’re on stage, or we’re standing up in front of our team and we have to speak already, the nervous system is a bit heightened.

So we want to be able to stabilise it through orientation.

You get to choose how you respond in any given situation, in any given set of circumstances.

You get to choose in the environment, what actually stabilises you.

No one gets to tell you what stabilises you. You, through your ego strengthening, get to do that yourself.
