There is no here and now without the body
Jul 28, 2023Actors, the portal to the here and now is through the body.
So that means if it’s through the body to get to the here and now, you’re either moving in through your senses - what you hear, see touch, taste or you are listening to the felt experience - sensation, emotion.
There is no here and now without the body.
You can have lots going on with imagination and concept all you wish, but if it doesn’t land within the body, then it’s actually not present in a sense.
