How to be inspired to create

Jun 10, 2022

I’m interested in you being inspired by the present moment to create.

By noticing the ten thousand intimacies in your day, you can then use those colours, textures, shapes to bring a deeper and richer experience to your acting.

Fostering a relationship with the present moment that is alive and alert allows you to reveal the complexity of your character's human experience.

We are after all made up of these moments of flow if we say yes to what is moving through us.

We have often been educated to numb this more creative and intimate relationship with our lives.

We move too quickly to notice but the actor needs to become the artist that slows the world down
and sits and listens and sees so that a more wholesome experience of life is manifested.
