Slow down, do less, be more
12-Session Resiliency Circle with Buğu Türkoğul and Christina McMahon
For personal growth, resilience, and empowerment.
Join our next 12-Session Resiliency Circle:
Tuesdays, April 7th 2026
This circle is both a place for reflection and a practice space for relational growth.
Within the trusted space of the group, we may explore patterns that limit our ability to express ourselves fully in relationship, such as:
-
shame or self-doubt
-
fear of conflict
-
difficulty voicing disagreement
-
feeling silenced or overlooked
-
people-pleasing or over-adapting
-
longing for deeper acknowledgment and connection
Through guided conversation, somatic awareness, and careful facilitation, these patterns can be met with curiosity rather than judgment.
Over time, participants often discover new ways of relating — with themselves and with others.
Relational growth does not happen in isolation.
It unfolds in spaces where people can be seen, heard, challenged, and supported at the same time.
This circle is an invitation to step into such a space — to explore your relational world with curiosity and courage, alongside others who are doing the same.
You are welcome exactly as you are
All that is required is a willingness to show up, listen, and stay present to the unfolding experience.

Here's What to Expect:
Resiliency Circles are among the most powerful resources we know for developing relational intelligence — both in life and in work.
They offer a grounded, compassionate environment for people navigating the complexity of modern life: balancing work, relationships, identity, and personal growth. In this space, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their capacity to meet others with presence and care.
Together, we explore what it means to stay with the real moments of human relationship:
-
conflict
-
rupture
-
misunderstanding
-
disconnection
And most importantly, we practice how to remain present long enough to move toward repair and reconnection.
This is the heart of relational growth.
Beyond Traditional Talk Therapy
Our circles move beyond conventional discussion-based formats into a dynamic and embodied exploration of relationship.
Deeply informed by our work with Neurosystemics, the circles weave together:
-
nervous system awareness
-
somatic attunement
-
relational intelligence
-
collective insight
The modality we use is called Somatic Group Process — a facilitated environment where participants can safely explore how relational patterns show up in real time.
Instead of analyzing problems from a distance, we gently learn to experience and understand them as they arise in the group.
What Happens in a Resiliency Circle
Each session unfolds organically while being carefully held by trained facilitators.
Together we explore:
-
authentic sharing and listening
-
nervous system regulation in relationship
-
recognizing and working with relational triggers
-
navigating disagreement with awareness
-
staying present during emotional intensity
-
practicing repair and reconnection
The circle becomes a place where collective intelligence emerges — where the insight of the group often reveals perspectives no individual could reach alone.
Unlock your full potential, enhance your communication skills,
and take the first step towards a life of empowerment and resilience.

MY LAST PIECE OF ADVICE
Be gentle, go gently and feel where you belong
Some days are gentle days. Days to slip into your own silence and wash away all the shame, misunderstandings, aches and come home to who you are. Offering a gentle nest to lick your wounds, bathe your heart in nothingness, wrap your soul in a blanket, sit your tired body by the fire and watch the flames rise and the embers glow. Inviting birdsong to soothe what lies much deeper than explanation and reason in the landscape of the unknown in you.
