  • 🖥 Led by voice and accent coach Ryan O'Shea and voice, empowerment and acting coach, Helena Walsh, both of whom have decades of experience teaching in the film and theatre industries 

  • 🖥 For six (6) weeks, Ryan O' Shea will work with you through a combination of exercises, drills, and scene work, actors will develop the skills they need to sound like a native speaker of American English, with a special focus on the use of the body and the breath in order to create a precise and authentic accent.

  • 🖥 You will have a 4-hour intensive workshop with Helena for the final session to integrate the accent with your acting. We will explore the subtle nuances in our rich vulnerability so that the experience of your character is more embodied and alive.

  • 🖥 By the end of the course, actors will have a solid understanding of the phonetics and rhythms of the General American accent and will be able to apply it to a wide range of characters and styles.
