Me! I'm Rebekka Haas!

Rebekka Haas is a cinematographer, meditation and yoga teacher, OI (Organic Intelligence®) Coach, OI practitioner and mentor, Mindfulness Coach ICF, Neurosystemics CARE Training Mentor USABP.  For Rebekka, the 2016 Istanbul HEARTraining marked an end to the search for a system to resonate with her experience within the world of healing as well as the beginning of a new professional direction, which would inform all aspects of her life.

Originally from Germany, with her professional background in film making and a creative and colorful life with travels and living in different countries, she settled in İstanbul, Turkey with her film director husband and three, now grown up children. Her mother, an artist and yoga teacher introduced her to spirituality, yoga and meditation at an early age.

She founded a yoga and meditation studio which was foremost an education facility that would, besides yoga trainings, also host courses and trainings in multiple modalities such as family constellation, Buddhist philosophy, Tantric studies, etc. She integrated these skills into her study and practice of nervous system regulation and trauma healing.

Rebekka practices nervous system support in the Organic Intelligence® tradition in individual sessions and fascilitates resiliency and human empowerment groups.

Be gentle, go gently and feel where you belong

Resiliency is fundamentally about self care. Resiliency is not about you being able to cope beyond your capacity - 'isn't she amazing' 'look at all the incredible things that she does' and 'I don't know how she does it' - that is not resiliency. Resiliency is this sense of being able to take the moments, to expand your bandwidth to rest and digest. And the more you expand your bandwidth to rest and digest, the more intensity you're capable of holding in that space. And that's really important.
